英語村「10月第1週-3週」

夏休み明けの初回の英語村には、学生9名が訪問中でした。

あっという間に、３回目が終わりました。回を重ねるたびに少しずつですが訪問者が増えています。なかには初めて来ました、という新人さんもいました。皆さん、準備や予習をしないと訪問できないと思わないで、気楽に立ち寄ってくださいね！　

10月末はハロウィーン。少し早めのハロウィーンでTrick or Treatのスナックも用意しています。英語のハロウィーンゲームも、面白いです。もう始まっているので Don’t miss it!

カトリーナ先生からは、3回分の英語村（EV)のコメントがiPhoneで届いています。ご自宅の地区が１０月初めの大停電だったそうで、ＰＣがしばらく使えなくなったそうです。皆さんは大丈夫でしたか？

　English Village is back!

　It was so good to catch up with everyone. Everyone had many tales to tell about their summer adventures. Summer vacation is a great time to make new memories! 

　Thank you all for joining us. We look forward to seeing you again at the next English Village.

　At today’s English Village we focused on improving casual English for the modern young person. 

　As western culture continues to evolve so does the English language. Slang language in particular is constantly changing. Keeping up with it is a challenge even for native English speakers. 

　If you are curious about learning more about English slang please take a moment to drop in at the next English Village.

　There were many new faces at the English Village today. Thank you for joining us. It was a real pleasure to get to know you and your future ambitions. 

　Today we had many engaging conversations and a few rounds of challenging game time.
