English Village is back (Start: May 9)

The English Village is back and has opened its doors in the Library Tower (多目的ホール) for the first time. We are delighted that so many students found their way to us and came along.

For our freshmen friends who may be new to English Village, it’s a lively space designed to help you practice and improve your English skills in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Whether you want to drop in for a quick chat over tea or join an engaging English conversation game, there’s something for everyone. You can also ask if you need help with your English presentation or want feedback on your essay.

Next week, you will have another chance to meet our English instructors and our international students from France. There will also be a “German table”.

英語村 第1回目(5月9日)

2024年度前期の「英語村」が5月9日（木）より多目的ホール（5号館1階）でスタートしました。

場所の変更など不安はありましたが、多くの学生が参加し、カードなどを使って講師（カトリーナ、マイケル、アラーナ）と会話をしたりと、とてもよい機会となりました。

お茶を飲みながら英会話したい方、また、英語プレゼンテーションの手助けやエッセイのフィードバックが必要な場合も相談できます。

次回（5月16日）の英語村では講師に加え、フランスからの留学生や、国際交流担当のアマンダ先生（ドイツ出身）とドイツのお話を聞けるかも（お茶を飲みながら）しれませんよ！
