英語村ニュース(11月第4週)

後期の英語村は、12月1日まで毎週木・金曜日の10:00-13:00、 621教室(6号館)と4号館の間にあるオープンスペースで開催します。お昼しか来られない学生はランチ食べながらでもOKです。

9th Friday English Village: November 24, 2017

金曜日の後期第9回目の英語村を開催しました。

A message from Malaurie:

We talked about music, favorite artists and songs: what they are about and why we like them, rhythm and the meanings of lyrics, and particularly, Taylor Swift and Disney songs. We also discussed various artists, both Japanese and English ones, and heard an interesting comparison of societal change with two “symbolic” songs : “Kampaku Sengen” and “Torisetsu”.

Next week, we’ll hold our last English Village on Friday for 2017, and we proposed to introduce a person that inspires you, still alive or not, famous or not. Hope to see many students…

Looking forward to seeing you this Thursday and/or Friday, our last days of English Village for the second semester (後期) 2017!
